Hi Audery, I have done many experiments with the recipe on this web page but I have not used a supermarket packet mix before so I am really sorry I am unable to help with that one. I have never seen a macrons split in the middle like the pic you sent. Try this recipe instead of the packet mix and see how you go : )

November 28, 2012A lot of of whatever you say happens to be astonishingly appropriate and it makes me wonder why I hadn’t looked at this in this light previously. This particular article really did switch the light on for me as far as this subject matter goes. Nonetheless there is 1 position I am not really too cozy with and while I attempt to reconcile that with the central idea of your point, allow me see just what the rest of the readers have to say.Very well done.
